24 - Still No Word On My 'Phones

After repeated emails to Wires Are Messy! about my iCombi headphones, I'm beginning to wonder if anyone is actually there. I've sent a total of 5 emails, and not one has been replied to. Has anyone else had experience with the Wires Are Messy! website? Do they just take a long time to send it out?
